Can I just say that Kendra and Zach are some of my favorite people around? They went all out for their engagement session last year at Letchworth State Park, and I loved connecting with them in the months leading up to the wedding - hearing their nervous energy, excitement at getting married, and their overflowing love for each other.

And let me be clear: their day hit it out of the ballpark. The ladies got ready at the Lodge on Canadice Lake, which instantly became my new obsession and I'm wondering how I can get my family back there as soon as possible.

I always enjoy seeing the unique values that couples bring into their wedding plans. It’s what makes the day personal and meaningful to them, and it’s those moments that I work to capture so they can enjoy them for years to come.

Throughout Andrew and Stephanie’s day, I saw family, honor for the past, and mutual acceptance, love, and joy for each other.

Bailey and Bill planned a beautiful wedding day that focused on the family and friends who have cheered them on. The reception was held at Shadow Lake, and there was a unique family history there: Bill's parents got engaged and did their engagement pictures there!

The ladies got ready at Bailey's parents' house, where she grew up. It seemed fitting that she got to prepare for her wedding day in the same house where she used to get ready for school, imagining what the future may hold.

When I first met with Cody and Kristina, I didn’t quite understand what they meant when they said family was important to them on their wedding day: they ended up having TEN bridesmaids and groomsmen on each side, many of them family!

I loved it!

I know I could say that every couple I get to work with is super cute... but seriously guys, Karlie and Zach take the cake (or cupcakes, in their case!). They're just adorable together! They're high school sweethearts, dating since their junior year. They've been together through college, first jobs, and have a place of their own.

And now their family and friends got to celebrate their love with them at a gorgeous wedding at the Arbor at the Port. And I mean it when I say their family surrounded them. Look at their wedding party - it's mostly their siblings!
