The Location 

The venue is located at 1000 North River Street, where the Genesee River meets Lake Ontario. Ontario Beach Park is right next door which makes for magical sunset wedding pictures! There’s also a marina nearby as well as historic sites for you and your guests to explore.

The Arbor at the Port has beautiful outdoor and indoor features for every wedding. It’s next to the river and it offers scenic views from its wall of windows. There’s also an outdoor patio where your guests can enjoy their beverages by the water. In total, it has 2,000 square feet of riverside access. 

Indoors, the Arbor at the Port offers two different ballrooms, and it can accommodate up to 400 people. It’s perfectly sized to have an area for a seated dinner, space for a cocktail hour, and room for dancing the night away. It has sheer white curtains, plenty of natural light, off-white chandeliers, and a clean look.

Booking Your Wedding

The Arbor at the Port offers several wedding collections and services to meet your needs. Wedding ceremony hosting, setup, and tear down is included when you hold your reception at the Arbor at the Port. Total investment generally includes a venue reservation fee, catering that averages from $35 to $55 per person, and bar service that ranges from $14 to $48 per person depending on your selections. All wedding day reservations include complimentary floor-length linens, day-of coordination, setup and tear down services, and a daytime rehearsal.
