Ceremony in the Foyer

The entrance to the building is a grand two-story foyer. It’s laid out in a unique circular arrangement, and it features granite and wood paneling that lends a feeling of importance and permanence to everything that happens there.

The circular layout of the room gives you the opportunity to lay out your ceremony chairs in a circle that totally envelops you and your officiant. This lets your guests be closer to you and preserve a feeling of intimacy, which is especially helpful with larger-sized weddings.

Cocktail Hour at Monroe’s at One

Monroe’s at One is on the second floor of the Wintergarden, and it’s perfect for your cocktail hour. It includes access to the rotunda that rings the two-story foyer where your ceremony just took place, as well as the rooftop of the atrium where you can get some fresh air.

Monroe’s at One overlooks the atrium where your reception will happen, and it gives a fun glimpse into the evening of dining and dancing that’s to come.

The Atrium at the Wintergarden

Now we come to the most breathtaking space: the Wintergarden atrium itself. And I mean “breathtaking” literally. The first time you walk in, you’ll catch your breath at how beautiful and expansive the room is.

The glass walls and ceiling allow your guests to enjoy the city around you while providing a gathering place to call your own. As the sun sets, the lights in the real trees around you illuminate to provide a soft and romantic atmosphere for the whole evening.
