Job Description & Requirements

I’m looking for a 10 hour/week remote administrative assistant who lives in the US. It’s nice if you’re in the Western NY area so we can meet occasionally, but living here is not required. In this role you will:

  • Manage a simple database of clients and track their progress in their client experience journey

  • Attend a virtual weekly meeting with me

  • Significantly use Google Suite apps - Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar

  • Manage my schedule for client meetings and client work (post-production, artwork delivery, etc.)

  • Write and schedule social media posts via third party apps - Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.

  • Prep wedding day checklists, deliver client photo galleries via email, and potentially more responsibilities in the future

  • Work at times that best suit you, aside from our regular weekly meeting during the workday.


For this job you must:

  • Execute tasks independently, consistently, and in a timely fashion, without direct oversight from me

  • Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional, yet friendly and approachable manner, in line with my brand and values

  • Have experience in some form of administrative role

  • Be adept at using technology to accomplish most aspects of your job

  • Attend a virtual weekly meeting with me. This will generally be 30 minutes long, and it will happen on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 9am and 5pm EST.
